Denver bungalow rooftops with the Front Range behind, golden light after a storm

Denver metro roofers since 2008

Storm-proofroofs. Honestinspections.

A free 20-point inspection with drone photos in 48 hours. If you don’t need a new roof, we’ll say so in writing.

Scroll, the storm clears

01 · Cross-section

Five layers between you and the next storm.

  1. Deck, re-nailedWe walk every sheet. Soft or delaminated plywood is swapped at $85 a sheet, and you see a photo of each one first.
  2. Ice & water shieldSelf-sealing membrane along eaves and valleys, where Denver’s freeze-thaw ice dams start.
  3. Synthetic underlaymentReplaces old felt. It won’t wrinkle in August heat or tear when a crew walks on it.
  4. Drip edge & flashingNew metal at every edge, wall and chimney. Old copper we can save, we re-use.
  5. Class 4 shingles & ridge ventImpact-rated architectural shingles. Many Colorado insurers knock a little off your premium for them.

Same build on every full replacement. No “good, better, best” upsell.

02 · From the driveway

Hail damage hides from the ground.

You won’t see bruised shingles from the lawn. You will see these.

  • Dents on vents & gutters

Soft metal shows hail first. If the box vent looks like a golf ball, the shingles took the same hits.

  • Grit in the downspouts

That sand at the splash block is shingle granules. A cupful after one storm means the coating is gone.

  • A stain on the ceiling

A brown ring the size of a coaster becomes soft decking by spring. Cheap to fix now, not later.

12Months

Most Colorado homeowner policies give you one year from the storm date to file. For the Oct 28 hail, that’s next October. We document it now so the date never bites you.

03 · A hail claim, start to finish

You make one phone call. We do the ladder work.

Day 1

  1. Step 1 · Day 1

    Free roof inspection

A Copperline inspector, not a salesman, walks the roof and flies a drone over it. You get a written 20-point report with photos within 48 hours. No damage? The report says so.

  2. Step 2 · Day 2

    Proof, square by square

We chalk a 10-by-10 test square on each slope and count every hit, the same way adjusters do. You file the claim with your insurer; we hand you the photo file to attach.

  3. Step 3 · Around day 9

    We meet your adjuster

We’re on the roof when the adjuster arrives, showing the same hits we photographed. You don’t need to be home, and you never argue line items yourself.

  4. Step 4 · Around day 16

    Scope approved

When the insurer approves the work, you pay your deductible and nothing more on covered items. If something gets missed, we file the supplement for you.

  5. Step 5 · Install day

    New roof by sundown

Tarps over the flower beds at 7. Dried in before lunch. Shingled by late afternoon, then a magnet sweep of the lawn, driveway and street for nails.

  6. Step 6 · The next morning

    Walk-through & warranty

We go over photos of every layer before it was covered, then hand you the 10-year workmanship warranty, signed. Your insurer gets the completion photos from us.

Typical timeline. Insurers move at their own speed; we’ll keep you posted by text either way.

What Denver says after the crew leaves.

“Two companies told us full replacement. Copperline sent photos showing it was one piece of flashing. A $480 fix. The roof is fine.”

★★★★★  Dan K. · Littleton

Adjuster came Tuesday, roof was on Thursday the week after. We paid the deductible. That was it, honestly.

Rosa & Mike P. · Aurora

On time at 7, gone by 6, and I couldn’t find a single nail in the driveway. My husband went looking with a flashlight.
